We built the identity, product design and application around the everyday flow: find a client, put an estimate together, raise an invoice and keep an eye on what’s happening. Recurring billing and expense tracking sit alongside that work, rather than disappearing into a separate spreadsheet ritual. Clear statuses and readable documents help keep the details straight.

The interface carries the same thinking across desktop, tablet and mobile. There’s room to work through the numbers at your desk and a sensible way to check the details when you’re elsewhere. A little squid character keeps it recognisable. The paperwork gets to be straightforward. That’s a feature.
